Internet entries are limited to one entry per day, per person, per civic address, per telephone number and per e-mail address for the entire duration of the contest.

Participation on website only. Printed or copied forms received by conventional mail will not be accepted.

Description and awarding of prizes
One (1) prize, a trip for 2 to Berlin, Germany.

The total value of the prize is $5,000 CAD.

The winner will be designated by draw at 3pm on September 11th, 2017, at Andros Communications offices, 2 St. Clair Ave. East, Suite 800, Toronto, Ontario M4T 2T5. Winners will be advised by telephone no later than five days after the draw. The winner will receive his prize by email. If Wines of Germany is unable to contact a winner within fourteen days, another entry will be drawn.

General rules
No purchase necessary. Contest starts at 12:01 p.m. EST on Saturday, July 1st, 2017 and closes at 11:59 p.m. EST on Thursday, August 31st, 2017. Open to legal residents of Canada, 19 years and older, except employees of Wines of Germany, the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (“LCBO”), the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”), cooperating prize suppliers, if any, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, interactive and similar agencies, and the immediate families and household members of each. To win, the contestant must have filled out the entry coupon online and correctly answer one unaided mathematical question. Approximate Grand Prize retail value is five thousand Canadian dollars ($5,000 Cdn). The odds of winning a Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period.

This contest conforms to the applicable provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

The competition will be held under the regulations as set out, which maybe modified by Wines of Germany. The procedures followed in this promotion, as established to the best of our knowledge, in these regulations may not be changed or be the object of a counter proposal except in conformance with the provisions stipulated by the law or these presents.

The prize must be accepted as defined in the section DESCRIPTION AND AWARDING OF PRIZES. It cannot be exchanged, is not transferable and has no right of financial substitution. The decision of Wines of Germany is final with no right of appeal of the operations associated with the promotion or the awarding of prizes. The winner undertakes to respect the contest’s eligibility criteria as well as all its rules. The act of taking part in the competition confirms that the winner has received and understood the regulations as set out.

By participating to this contest, the selected winner, as well as the person accompanying the winner, accept to not hold responsible the organizer of the contest, its directors, employees, agents, members of affiliate companies, including, but without limitations, its promotional and advertising agencies, the suppliers of the prizes and the other stakeholders, in case of injuries, loss, damages of all kind to the persons or to the belongings, including, but without limitations, a death following, all or partly, directly or indirectly, the acceptation, the reception, the ownership, the use or the bad use of the given prize, of any part of the given prize, of the participation to any activities linked to the contest, including any travel linked to these or the participation to the contest.

All incomplete or irregular entry forms and those that do not conform to the regulations may be declared null and void by Wines of Germany. Wines of Germany assumes no responsibility for the electronic entry forms.

The draw rules are available upon request from Wines of Germany at Furthermore,

the winners may be required to sign a document in a form acceptable to the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (“LCBO”) releasing the LCBO, its directors, officers, employees and agents from all liability of any kind in connection with the draw, or occurring as a result of the prize being awarded;
to be eligible to win, the entrant must be a resident of Canada, not be a member of the immediate family of or domiciled with an employee of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (“LCBO”), the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”), Wines of Germany;
the LCBO and AGCO are not connected to this draw in any manner whatsoever and are not liable in any way for any matter related to this draw;
the prize must be accepted on an “as is” basis;
the draw is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws;
by entering the draw, entrants agree to abide by the draw rules and decisions of the independent draw organization, which are final.
